Wall village – The supervisory board and the SAP SE board have decided to propose a dividend of € 2.35 per share for the 2024 financial year. The proposed dividend corresponds to an increase of € 0.15 or 6.8% compared to the dividend for the 2023 financial year (€ 2.20).
Subject to the approval of the shareholders and with the same stock of their own shares at the time of the general meeting of SAP SE on May 13, 2025 As on December 31, 2024, the overall release to the shareholders would be around € 2.741 billion (2023: € 2.565 billion). This corresponds to a distribution rate of 51.9 % (2023: 43.0 %).
SAP is of the opinion that their shareholders should be adequately involved in the result of the 2024 financial year. The SAP dividend policy provides for at least 40 % of the NON-IFRS Group result to release them from continued business areas.
The following dates are relevant for the distribution of the dividend:
Evidence of projection for the dividend payment: May 13, 2025
Ex-dividend day: May 14, 2025
