Walldorf — February 19, 2026 — The Supervisory Board and Executive Board of SAP SE have decided to propose to shareholders a dividend of €2.50 per share for the 2025 financial year. The proposed dividend corresponds to an increase of €0.15 or 6.4% compared to the dividend for the 2024 financial year.
Subject to shareholder approval and with the same number of treasury shares as on December 31, 2025, the total distribution to shareholders would be approximately €2.919 billion (2024: €2.743 billion). This corresponds to a payout ratio of 40.7% (2024: 52.0%).
SAP believes that its shareholders should have an appropriate share in the results of the 2025 fiscal year. SAP’s dividend policy is to distribute at least 40% of profit after taxes (non-IFRS).
The following dates are relevant for the distribution of the dividend:
- Record date for dividend payment: May 5, 2026
- Ex-dividend date: May 6, 2026
- Dividend payment: May 8, 2026
