Introduction

Managing onboarding tasks at scale has always been messy. HR teams often juggle multiple systems, open dozens of employee records, and still struggle to answer simple but critical questions like:

  • Which tasks are overdue?
  • Are compliance documents complete?
  • Where are the bottlenecks?

With the 1H 2026 release, SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding introduces the Task Management Dashboard—a centralized, real-time view of all onboarding and compliance tasks across your organization.

No more digging. No more guesswork. Just clarity.

Why This Enhancement Matters

The new dashboard isn’t just a UI improvement—it fundamentally changes how HR teams manage onboarding:

  • Complete Visibility – View onboarding, compliance, and custom tasks in one place
  • Time Efficiency – Eliminate the need to open individual candidate records
  • Proactive Management – Spot overdue or risky tasks early
  • Compliance Confidence – Track critical activities like I-9 and e-signatures centrally
