SAP Mobile Start – Rebranding of the app, enhanced Joule and improved single sign-on functionality
With the new release V3.0, SAP Mobile Start got rebranded as the Joule Work mobile app, with enhanced Joule integration and advanced single sign-on functionality.
Rebranding: SAP Mobile Start has been rebranded as the Joule Work mobile app, accompanied by a new app icon and an updated user experience. For customers previously accessing Joule within SAP Mobile Start, the Joule entry point has transitioned from the diamond in the header bar to a full-screen interface that can be accessed via the tab bar. This provides users faster access to Joule.
All core functionality and features remain unchanged, ensuring continuity for both customers and end users with no disruption to existing workflows.

For customers running the Joule Work mobile app within their SAP Build Work Zone environment, existing theming and custom branding capabilities remain unchanged. Customers can continue to apply their current branding configurations without impact.
Enhanced Joule capabilities: With the latest release of the app, Joule Work mobile allows users to dictate their prompts to Joule to allow a fast entry of prompts and a better hands-free experience.

Single–sign-on:
Currently, users can enjoy a Single Sign‑On–like experience for web content by using the “Remind Me” functionality provided by SAP Cloud Identity Services. With the Joule Work mobile app version 3.0, the app offers an advanced Single Sign-On (SSO) capability, reducing the need for users to manually log in when navigating to trusted web applications in the in-app browser.
