We are pleased to announce the release of the SAP Activate Methodology Roadmap for SAP Sales Cloud V2, now publicly available in the SAP Roadmap Viewer. This roadmap is designed to guide project teams, customers and partners alike, through a structured, end-to-end implementation of SAP Sales Cloud V2, from initial discovery all the way through to ongoing operations.

Whether you are embarking on a new implementation or looking to optimize an existing deployment, this roadmap provides a comprehensive framework of phases, deliverables, tasks, and accelerators tailored specifically to the SAP Sales Cloud V2 solution.

The SAP Activate Roadmap for SAP Sales Cloud V2 is a structured implementation guide built on the proven SAP Activate Methodology.

It organizes all project activities into sequential phases and workstreams, with accelerators (templates, guides, learning journeys, and help documentation) linked directly to the relevant tasks, making them easy to access when needed.

The roadmap covers:

  • SAP Sales Cloud V2 full implementation lifecycle
  • Integration with SAP ERP and SAP CPQ
  • Extensibility using SAP Build Apps and side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP
  • Ongoing operations, release management, and user adoption post go-live

To access the roadmap:
