Introduction

In this 45 minutes recording we demonstrate how to use SuccessFactors Admin Center features (no Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or Integration Center jobs with SFTP) to import values from the EC profile of an employee into custom fields of a Performance template so that they can be used to drive section or fields visibility using “Performance Business Rules” (2H 2025). 

Recording link and step

1. Add new “Launch” step of type “user” in PM form route map (user must be the same than the one who will run the Integration center jobs in step 7)
2. Add custom fields in PM form and change their ekey to be aligned with the name you gave to the field
3. Launch PM forms
4. Create MDF object as per recording instructions
5. Create Adhoc report > crossdomain > Performance Management (main domain) + Add Domain “Person and Employment info (as of date)”
6. Insert adhoc report information into MDF information and create one import file for each custom field.
7. Create Integration center jobs as per recording
