When working with Fiori applications related to process orders — such as Create Process Order (C0R1), Change Process Order (C0R2), Display Process Order (C0R3), and Confirm Process Order Phase (C0R6N) — you may notice that these apps and their associated business catalogs are not readily available in your SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system. This can be puzzling, especially when scope items like 42N, 3UK, 77G, or 3OK are already active.

Why the Applications Are Missing

The key lies in understanding the foundational scope item BJ8 (Make-to-Stock Production – Process Manufacturing Based on Process Order).

  • The technical business catalog SAP_SCM_BC_PROC_ORD_MGMT_MC (Process Order Management) is delivered through BJ8.

  • Specialized scope items such as 42N, 3UK, 77G, or 3OK depend on BJ8 to establish the underlying process manufacturing framework.

  • If BJ8 is not activated in your Starter environment, the catalog cannot be pulled into your assigned business roles, which explains why the apps are missing.

How to Enable the Applications

To make these applications available for your workshops or productive use, follow these steps:

  • Activate Scope Item BJ8 Once BJ8 is active, the catalog SAP_SCM_BC_PROC_ORD_MGMT_MC will be included in the standard business roles.

  • Assign Business Catalogs If you are using a customized business role, ensure that the catalog is manually assigned to the role.

  • Verify Applications After completing the above steps, you will be able to search and access the relevant process order applications in your system.
