Last week we had the pleasure of connecting with so many of our community members at the SAP Transformation Excellence Summit 2025 in the Hague. What an inspiring few days it was, full of energy, ideas, and meaningful conversations about the future of business transformation.
Outside the event venue – World Forum, The Hague, Netherlands
This year’s event took place at the World Forum, an iconic venue that has hosted many global discussions about change and progress. It was the perfect setting for exploring the transformations shaping our business world today.
Our theme this year, “Power Up,” focused on how SAP’s integrated toolchain helps organizations accelerate transformation across processes, people, and technology. Many of the discussions at the booth centered around how SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX, and WalkMe™ work together to guide our customers in building capabilities that transform business across applications, processes, people, and data.
At the Community Booth, we had the opportunity to meet many of our community members face to face: customers, partners, and practitioners who bring our digital communities to life every day. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to share your stories, ask questions, and exchange insights. Your passion for collaboration and continuous learning is what makes our community thrive. (Sharing some pictures below from the booth with some of our attendees & community members.)
For those who’d like to keep the momentum going, here are a few ways to stay connected:
- Engage with practitioners and enterprise architects in the SAP LeanIX Community to explore modernization and architecture best practices.
- Connect with the Business Transformation Network – a trusted global network where companies from different industries and countries exchange learnings, challenges, and best practices. In 2024, the Network hosted more than 330 peer-to-peer exchange sessions and over 20 networking events both virtually and onsite. Topics include SAP’s own transformation journey from strategy to execution, as well as value management, finance transformation, business process management, enterprise architecture, and change management. Lastly, I just want to say a big thank-you to our community members here who joined us in The Hague and contributed to making #SAPTES2025 such a big success. Your engagement, insights, and collaboration continue to power up our global SAP Community. (For those who couldn’t attend but are interested in the keynotes and sessions presented at the event, I’m happy to share the event recordings once we have them ready.)
Please also feel free to share your feedback with us about #SAPTES2025, we would love to know – what did you learn, like or enjoy at the event? What would you like to have at the next event?
We look forward to seeing even more of you at future events, both online and in person. Let’s keep building the connections that drive transformation forward and keep powering up together.
