We are excited to share an important update for customers and partners using Onboarding with Form I-9.
As organizations scale, especially those operating shared service centers, responsibilities are often distributed across larger teams. To better support this reality, we have increased the Onboarding Responsible Group user limit from 200 to 500.
This enhancement helps organizations assign and manage Form I-9 responsibilities more effectively across broader operational teams, reducing administrative constraints and improving flexibility.
What’s New
- The Onboarding Responsible Group limit has increased from 200 users to 500 users.
- Responsible Groups can be setup with specific Roles, or alternatively a list of specific Users, and Dynamic Groups
Why This Matters
Large organizations, especially those operating shared service centers, often distribute I-9 responsibilities across broad teams. This update is designed to better reflect those real-world operating models.
With more flexible assignment options and a larger group capacity, organizations can now configure coverage with exceptional redundancy in a given group, helping ensure continuity, resilience, and operational consistency even in high-volume environments.
By raising the limit to 500 users, organizations can now:
