We would like to provide an update regarding the current Cloud Identity Services issue in the trial environment.
Some users may encounter a “Forbidden” error after completing the initial setup. This is related to a known bug where the required roles are not correctly assigned during the first-time administrator setup.
During further investigation, our team identified that the issue is more complex than initially expected. As a result, the timeline for the fix needs to be extended. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a confirmed resolution date at this point.
Please be assured that our team is continuing to work on this issue. We will update this community post as soon as there are any relevant changes or once a confirmed timeline becomes available.
