By integrating with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, the agent is able to precisely understand the customer’s context – contracts, tariffs and consumption data.
He helps utilities adapt to industry developments such as deregulation and the growing number of prosumers, and can interact efficiently with customers even on complex issues. This reduces the average cost of AI-powered customer interaction by up to 90%* and customer service operational costs by up to 60%*.

The Tender Analysis Agent
General availability
Teams responsible for sales and bid management can use the Tender Analysis Agent to optimize their process for participating in tenders. The agent automates the analysis of complex RFP and RFQ documents by extracting key product requirements, flagging potential risks or policy violations, and suggesting optimized configurations based on predefined company standards.
This automation ensures less manual effort and faster sales cycles. Companies can improve operating margins for personalized products by up to 1%*, increase sales by 0.5%* through cross-selling/upselling, and reduce the number of salespeople per billion in sales by 5%.

AI-supported scouting in SAP Sports One
General availability
Talent scouts using SAP Sports One can now evaluate players with unprecedented efficiency using AI-powered scouting. The feature allows you to have Joule quickly summarize complex scouting reports and game analysis and ask targeted questions in natural language to get precise answers.
This means they require significantly less documentation, time and resources, reducing the time and cost of compiling player reports to support sporting directors in decision-making by up to 75%*.

AI-supported error analysis in the SAP Information Collaboration Hub for Life Sciences
General availability
With error analysis in the SAP Information Collaboration Hub for Life Sciences, dispatchers can quickly resolve complex data exchange issues for serialization. The tool automatically classifies errors, provides easy-to-understand descriptions and suggests resolution steps. This allows dispatchers to determine the causes of problems and manage exceptions without requiring technical support.
This allows companies to increase the productivity of their operational support teams by up to 25%* and reduce sales costs by up to 5%* by preventing disruptions.

AI-supported processing of batch releases in the SAP Batch Release Hub for Life Sciences
SAP Early Adopter Care program
With AI-powered batch release processing, users of the SAP Batch Release Hub for Life Sciences can now make quick, informed batch release decisions much more efficiently. The feature enables easier access to important data via Joule’s user interface and provides a clearly structured overview of worklist items. Releases are flagged for which a detailed investigation is required due to blocked tests.
The dialog-based search functionality makes searching for product documentation even easier and ensures that critical issues are resolved promptly. Information on previous releases can be accessed immediately and used as a basis for decision-making. This enables up to 90%* faster access to important batch release information.
