SAP NEWSBYTE — March 3, 2026 — SAP today announced the further development of its service and support portfolio. An optimized, staggered cooperation model is intended to help companies implement their transformation projects faster and more flexibly and with more transparency.
The redesigned portfolio, which includes the Foundational Success Plan, Advanced Success Plan and Max Success Plan service plans, delivers an end-to-end customer experience and helps achieve measurable results. The portfolio was developed to ensure continuous collaboration at all times. It supports customers in introducing the latest technologies and enables them to exploit the full potential of the SAP Business Suite at any time.
The further developed portfolio takes into account the requirements of companies that have to constantly react to new market situations, implement AI-supported innovations and ensure continuous business operations. Each Success Plan offers clearly defined levels of customer care, ranging from interactive resources and proactive support to strategic and personalized collaboration with experts. This means customers can choose the right consulting concept tailored to their individual requirements.
The Foundational Success Planavailable with every SAP cloud solution, includes basic introduction, technical cloud operations, and preventative support services. This plan builds on and expands the well-known SAP Enterprise Support offering. SAP helps companies to efficiently use solutions productively, ensure business continuity and continually achieve added value. Customers benefit from content and learning opportunities tailored to their needs and receive support and advice on their transformation project with application lifecycle management solutions. They also benefit from preventive support for business-critical processes, supported by artificial intelligence (AI). All of this is included in the Solution n subscription at no additional cost.
The Advanced Success Plan builds on this plan and also offers expert knowledge and additional AI support. Companies receive proactive support in identifying risks and optimizing processes. They can also take part in workshops to introduce new functions and optimize processes. Advanced support service level agreements and intelligent tools help ensure the highest performance and achieve measurable results.
For companies that have to manage complex transformation projects, want to quickly benefit from innovations and want to fully exploit the potential of AI, the Max Success Plan The most comprehensive SAP service plan for strategic collaboration. This plan includes all the benefits of the Advanced Success Plan as well as support from dedicated Success Plan Managers. And through cross-solution process improvements and the ability to develop customer-specific prototypes, customers can deploy innovative solutions such as SAP Business AI even faster. The Max Success Plan is designed for companies seeking to partner strategically while modernizing their systems, reducing risk, and achieving faster value across their SAP software landscape.
