The Performance Preparation Agent offers managers proactive support in preparing for performance interviews by automating data collection and generating personalized talking points. This ensures that every one-on-one meeting provides them with relevant insights into employee performance and recommendations for next steps, such as: B. for arranging follow-up meetings or obtaining feedback from other teammates.

This smart preparation greatly simplifies the performance appraisal process. It reduces the administrative effort for managers in preparation by up to 50%* and in follow-up activities by up to 80%*. This in turn enables more effective conversations, which can reduce the number of employees leaving the company voluntarily by up to 30%*.

AI-supported derivation of competencies from CVs in SAP SuccessFactors solutions
General availability

Employees using SAP SuccessFactors solutions can now quickly and easily view a comprehensive overview of their knowledge and skills with an AI-powered skills identification process to complement their growth portfolio. After they upload their resume, the system uses intelligent analysis of the content to match relevant skills with the universal taxonomy for skills and indicate which ones can be included in the portfolio. This reveals previously undocumented “hidden competencies” and allows a more detailed “whole-self profile” to be created with extensive information about an employee’s work style, personal inclinations and goals.

In this way, not only is the time required to maintain the competency profile reduced by up to 50%*, but internal mobility and succession planning can also be significantly improved. This results in up to 10%* higher internal job filling rates and a significant reduction in the effort of the HR department and managers in personnel tasks.

AI-powered recommendations for succession planning in SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development
General availability

HR managers and succession planners benefit significantly from this feature, which provides intelligent recommendations for potential successors. Generative AI is used to analyze extensive data from Employee Central, the Talent Intelligence Hub and Job Profile Builder on, among other things, employees’ qualifications, skills and professional experience to create a carefully selected list of candidates.

Not only does this reduce HR’s time spent reviewing and recommending potential successors by up to 50%*, but the feature also eliminates subjective bias and identifies highly qualified candidates that might otherwise be overlooked. The number of unfilled important positions can be reduced by half, while comprehensible rankings strengthen confidence in choosing suitable successors.

SAP Document AI, Embedded Edition for SAP SuccessFactors solutions
General availability

SAP Document AI is now generally available in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, enabling users to work more efficiently with more accurate data. The intelligent solution automates a crucial step and extracts important data such as ID type, ID number and expiry date directly from uploaded ID documents. New employees are encouraged to review the information collected before submitting it to the system.

This speeds up onboarding cycles by up to 15%* and improves review accuracy by 30%*. This eliminates errors in data management and increases productivity throughout the entire recruiting process.
