With the Booking Agent, business travelers benefit from a much simpler and personalized booking process. The Joule-based agent proactively provides tailored flight and hotel recommendations by analyzing travelers’ individual preferences, company travel policies and budget constraints. Users can interact with the agent via chat.
This increases user satisfaction and supports sustainable travel options. Users spend up to 11.5%* less time booking travel while improving policy compliance. Companies also receive a detailed overview and comprehensive control over their travel expenses.

The Receipt Analysis Agent
Release as part of the SAP Early Adopter Care program
When submitting expense reports, employees now benefit from maximum accuracy and efficiency with ExpenseIt and the Receipt Analysis Agent. The AI agent leverages rich data, including maps, vendor databases, web searches, and travel plans in Concur Travel, to accurately break down and categorize receipt data.
It draws logical conclusions from the document content and external context information and creates highly accurate expense entries, significantly reducing the effort required for manual management and processing. This ensures that ExpenseIt captures receipt data correctly the first time, reducing the need to return statements frequently and reducing the time it takes to create expense items by up to 19%*.

AI-supported demand capture in SAP Ariba Intake Management

When creating procurement requirements in SAP Ariba Intake Management, users now benefit from smarter, more efficient processes with the Demand Intake function. You can easily express your requirements in natural language. These are then analyzed by the AI and forwarded to the most suitable procurement or purchasing channel.
This innovative approach can increase the productivity of users who only occasionally create requests by up to 12%*. At the same time, the risk of uncontrolled spending is significantly reduced by reducing non-compliant spending by 5%*. Processes are further optimized by processing orders 10%* faster.

Procurement professionals and buyers using SAP Fieldglass can now simplify the creation of detailed statements of work. The feature analyzes project scope and existing data to automate key components of statements of work. In this way, structured event hierarchies can be designed automatically and precise, relevant project deliverables can be generated.
This integrated approach reduces manual effort and improves data consistency by automating time-consuming tasks. It also ensures that the project deliverables are carefully aligned with the project goals. As a result, companies need up to 70%* less time for manual creation and experience up to 50%* fewer poor results due to inadequate service descriptions.
