Hello everyone, I am Noor Zehra Naqvi (many people call me Noor), a Senior Director of Product Management at SAP Signavio. My focus area is where AI, data, and analytics meet.
Today I would like to introduce my SAP Sapphire session:
Unlock AI agent value with SAP Signavio solutions | BTM1573
In the session I’ll share our strategy about AI Agent Excellence: how to discover, govern, maintain, and continuously improve agents so they deliver real value in business processes.
AI agents are becoming a new reality. Companies are increasing their investments, and we’re seeing more and more agents show up as part of the workforce, not only as a concept, but in real operational workflows.
From there, the key question becomes: where should you apply agents, and how do you scale them responsibly? This is where SAP Signavio helps by giving agents the right process and business context, and by supporting the guardrails organizations need so agents remain compliant, predictable, and aligned with how the business actually runs.
We’ll also dive into governance and transparency, how you can understand the impact of agents on your end-to-end processes, and how to validate conformance. For example, through what we call agent mining, you can see where agents touch a process, what variants they introduce, and whether those variants are conforming or not. This level of visibility is essential when you move from a few pilots to broad adoption.
To keep it practical, one of our customers, Albatha Group will join us to share how SAP Signavio supported their AI and AI Agents journey and helped create value in their organization. We’ll close with a sneak peek at our latest releases on Agentic AI.

My biggest recommendation is: get started and experiment. Try out AI agents, see what’s possible, and quite literally get your hands dirty. At the same time, scaling agents inside an organization requires a framework: strong security, clear control mechanisms, and governance that prevents unexpected or unwanted behavior.
That’s why it’s worth investing time in understanding how SAP Signavio supports this journey, so you’re set up not just to build agents, but to operate them with confidence.
Also, beyond my own session), I’d encourage you to explore a few other Signavio-related sessions at SAP Sapphire, especially those that help you connect strategy with execution:
Now let’s hear from you!
In the comments’ section, it would be great to hear where you are on your agentic AI journey:
- How far along are you, are you still piloting, or already scaling?
- Roughly how many agents do you have running today?
- What are the biggest struggles, blockers and risks you’re seeing as you scale?
If you’re attending SAP Sapphire, I hope you’ll join the conversation, both during the event and in the comments. The shift to agentic AI is exciting, but the organizations that win will be the ones that pair innovation with strong process context, governance, and transparency.
