Here’s Your Fast-Track Checklist
Before you submit, make sure you’re set up for success:
- Transports Ready — Workbench and Customizing transports prepared and S/4HANA compatible
- Team Assigned — Functional and technical resources available to import, configure, and test
- Plan Committed — All migration and validation activities completed within 1 month of go-live
How to Request Your New Demo System
- Log in to the SAP Partner Cloud Ops Portal using your partner credentials
- From the top navigation, select Support
- Locate and select ECP Partner Demo Reprovisioning
- Complete the request template in a Word document and attach it to the ticket
- Ensure your submission aligns with your data center-specific timelines
After Your New System Is Live
Once your new S/4HANA HCM demo system is provisioned, raise a support ticket to request:
- Import of source system transports (Workbench, Customizing, and Add-ons where applicable)
- Support for system migration and movement activities
- Provide a full list of transports to be imported
- Identify any network or integration considerations (e.g., SNC, interfaces, EC–ECP integrations)
Key Reminders
The legacy ERP HCM demo system will not be extended beyond the 4-week overlap period. Decommissioning is automatic — ensure all activities are completed on time.
