Following the SAP Sapphire launch, the June 3rd update brings a wave of enhancements designed to simplify navigation, accelerate access to insights, and deliver a more intelligent, streamlined user experience.

✨ A Smarter Experience with Joule
One of the most exciting changes is the continued rollout of Joule in SAP for Me.
- The traditional knowledge search bar evolves into an AI-powered intent-driven experience
- The central search transforms into a magnifying glass icon, encouraging users to engage with Joule
- Functional search remains available, but AI becomes the primary entry point

🔄 A Simplified Services & Support Engagements Experience
We’ve reimagined how Services & Support engagements are organized to make them clearer and easier to navigate.
Key highlights:
- “Pre-Packaged Services” moved from Support Engagements to the Services tab
- A simplified Support Engagements tab with a Service & Support Entitlements card
- New Quick Access card:
- SAP Enterprise Support Academy
- Sub-Processor
- Sub-Processor Insights
- Request Extended Maintenance
- Customer Center of Expertise (Customer COE)

🧭 Tab Structure Improvements for a Cleaner Journey
We’ve streamlined the dashboard experience by reorganizing and removing unnecessary elements.
What’s changed:
- ✔️“More Resources” tab removed entirely
– Product Availability Matrix → moved to Portfolio & Products
– Security & Trust Service Center → moved to Finance & Legal - ✔️“Diagnostics, Reporting & Analytics” tab repositioned and refined
– Renamed to “Diagnostics”
– Focus is now early risk detection with SAP EarlyWatch Alert - ✔️“ALM” renamed to “Application Management” with a focus on SAP Cloud ALM
– All cards consolidated into a central Quick Access card

🧹General UX Improvements You’ll Notice Immediately
Beyond the big structural changes, we’ve made several smaller—but impactful—improvements:
- ❌“Get Assistance” removed from all pages (now only in left-hand navigation)
- ❌Regulatory Change Manager removed from the dashboard (relocated to Finance & Legal)
- ✔️Cleaner left-hand navigation experience
- ✔️Reduced duplication and clearer page purpose across the dashboard
