Supplier Agent: Supplier Agent help users query supplier information using natural language, and the agent can aggregate data from diverse sources, enabling better and more optimized operational planning.
This sample agent uses 2 databases to retrieve required information.
1: SAP S/4HANA Cloud – Public Edition
2: Northwind Database: A third party free sample database containing data for a fictional food-import/export company, “Northwind Traders.” It Includes tables like Customers, Orders, Products, Employees, Suppliers, etc. We have used an OData API endpoint for customers and suppliers in this same agent. The supplier agent is designed in Joule studio capability of SAP Build and contains the below Joule Skills that are added as tools to the custom agent:
• Retrieve Customer Order Details
– Customer details are retrieved from the Northwind database via the OData API.
– Action project used: ‘Northwind Actions'
• Retrieve Food Supplier Details (Northwind)
– Supplier details are retrieved from the Northwind database via the OData API.
– Action project used: ‘Northwind Actions'
• Retrieve Technology Supplier Details S/4HANA
– Supplier details are retrieved from the SAP S/4HANA Cloud – Public Edition
– Action project used: ‘Business Partner SAP S4HANA (A2X)'.

Procurement Risk Analyzer Agent: The Procurement Risk Analyzer agent helps procurement managers identify potential supplier delivery risks by analyzing open purchase orders and their expected delivery dates.
The agent retrieves open purchase orders from SAP S/4HANA Cloud and evaluates whether deliveries are overdue or at risk of delay. It can summarize late purchase orders, group them by supplier, and highlight suppliers that may cause delivery risks.
This agent is useful for questions about delayed deliveries, overdue purchase orders, supplier delivery reliability, and procurement risks.

1: Master Conversational Agent for Customer Order Processing  – by Infosys:

The Master Conversational Agent orchestrates multiple sub-agents to support sales order lifecycle management through natural language. It enables users to create, modify, track, and resolve sales orders efficiently while enforcing business rules and data consistency. Future SAP BTP integration enables centralized governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

2: Material Management and Sales Operations Agent  – by Blueprint Technologies:

The process supports end-to-end material inquiry and sales execution through an intelligent agent. When a user requests material availability, the agent retrieves real-time stock information by invoking the Material Stocks service and presents current quantity and status. If the user asks for alternatives, the agent triggers the Material Determination capability to identify and return valid substitute materials based on system configuration. When the user proceeds to create a sales order, the agent collects any missing mandatory inputs, invokes the Sales Order service to create the order, and confirms successful creation with order details. 

The ‘Material Management and Sales Operations agent’ is designed in Joule studio capability of SAP Build and contains the below Joule Skills that are added as tools to the custom agent: 

• Material Stocks – Retrieves Materials details for a specified Material from SAP S/4HANA, Public Cloud 
• Material Substitution – A skill to retrieve material substitution for products from SAP S/4HANA, Public Cloud 
• Sales Order – A skill to create sales based on customer. /Product details in SAP S/4HANA, Public Cloud

3: SAP EHS Incident Agent  – by Wipro:

The EHS Incident Agent is responsible for creating, categorizing, and displaying safety incidents across plant locations in compliance with established rules. Incidents are classified under three categories: 001 – Incident, 002 – Near Miss and 003 – Safety Observation. Each incident must reference an active EHS Location ID, include a title, and capture key details such as date, time, and description.
