To further improve the process, we’re excited to announce Preventive Measures Reporting is now available in SAP for Me’s Systems & Provisioning Dashboard. Preventive Measures Reporting gives you direct, real-time access to the preventive measures identified during root cause analyses (RCAs) following cloud incidents.
When a cloud incident occurs, we conduct a thorough root cause analysis to determine what happened and what steps are needed to prevent it from happening again. With Preventive Measure Reporting, you don’t have to wonder whether those corrective actions are being followed through upon. You can track everything directly from SAP for Me.
We built this with four key goals in mind:
