Hi All,
SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud (C4C) Pre-Release Briefing presentation for the upcoming 2608 (Aug 2026) release is now available. We have some key innovations to be shared as part of SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud 2608 Release.
Platform & Integration:
Transition Tools:
- Data Transfer Tool (DTT) | Onboarding Utilities objects data transfer from V1 to V2 – You can now onboard Utilities objects (Premise, Contract Account) in DTT to transition from V1 to V2.
- Data Transfer Tool (DTT) | Transfer file size increase in Sales Orders and Sales Quotes – Increase in the Maximum File size limit from 4 MB to 10 MB for Sales Orders and Sales Quotes
- Data Transfer Tool (DTT) | Introducing ‘Count Summary’ for Surveys – Count Summary is added in Survey Design and Survey Response Objects in DTT
- Readiness Check Tool (RCT) | Hierarchical display of integration scenarios artifacts – Visual improvements in “Integration Scenarios” tab of RCT to show communication arrangements under communication system they belong to
Feeds | Integration with SAP Build Work Zone, advanced edition – As an Administrator, you have an option to use SAP Jam (until 31st December 2026 due to deprecation of SAP Jam collaboration) or SAP Build Work Zone, advanced edition for collaboration via Feeds. This was communicated earlier in the SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud 2511 Release Briefing. Kindly plan to move from SAP Jam and start using SAP Build Work Zone, advanced edition for collaboration via Feeds based on your requirements.
SAP Service Cloud:
- Ability to display confirmation pop-up while discarding an email draft from the Timeline tab in Tickets – Now, a confirmation pop-up is displayed when an email draft is discarded on choosing the Discard Draft action from the Timeline tab of Tickets.
- Enabled Read access (PSM release) for BTD Reference association in the Maintenance Plan BO
SAP Agent Desktop Add-On:
- Agent Desktop Add-On | CTI Overlay Auto-Minimize and Auto-Popup on Call Events – When an agent accepts an incoming call, the CTI Overlay automatically minimizes so the agent can focus fully on the Agent Desktop. When the customer ends the call, the CTI Overlay pops up automatically — prompting the agent to complete ‘Close the Interaction' without any manual clicks.
Thanks,
SAP Sales Cloud & SAP Service Cloud Product Management Team
