Jarvis is acting as the one single source of truth for all AI offerings and Joule skills that are being developed in SAP.

• AI offerings: Can be classified as AI Features, AI Agents or AI Assistants (based on GenAI, narrowAI, or Joule. AI offerings include business logic and aim to solve a business problem. In case of Joule, an AI offering bundles multiple Joule skills.
• Joule skills: Skills are the smallest granularity and are documented independently from Joule based AI offerings. They can execute a single action, e.g., “show my payslip”, “who is my manager”.
