In this blog we are building a full end-to-end setup to run RPT-1.5 predictions directly from SAP Analytics Cloud. We are deploying RPT-1.5 in AI Core, preparing the data in Datasphere, and wrapping the prediction call in a FastAPI backend which we push to Cloud Foundry. From SAP Analytics Cloud we are triggering the prediction via a Multi Action button, which sends a job to the backend, polls for the result, and writes the predicted values back so we can see them in a story. As a concrete example we are using the Payment Delay Prediction scenario to predict how many days late a customer will pay.
