With SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition FPS3 and SAP S/4HANA, AI-assisted natural language search is now available for six service business objects in Service. Service teams can enter plain-language queries directly into the SAP Fiori Launchpad universal search bar—without needing to know search criteria names, e.g. service transaction IDs, or how to construct filter combinations—and receive targeted results across service contracts, service requests, service quotations, service orders, service confirmations, and in-house services.
