Partners play a critical role in delivering end-to-end business processes by combining SAP Cloud ERP with innovative applications, integrations, and industry expertise. To further strengthen this ecosystem, we are pleased to launch a limited-time certification campaign to help partners certify their solutions for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
As part of this campaign, eligible partners can apply for complimentary certification opportunities SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, available on a limited basis during the program period. Applications will be reviewed based on the program's eligibility criteria and available spots/capacity.

Certification demonstrates that your solution integrates with SAP technologies and helps customers confidently identify trusted partner innovations. It also enables partners to strengthen their market positioning and increase the visibility of their solutions across the SAP ecosystem.

- Increased customer confidence through SAP-recognized certification
- Stronger differentiation in customer engagements
- Enhanced visibility across SAP partner channels
- Eligibility for inclusion in the Digital Discovery Assessment (DDA), subject to Product Management approval – Refer to the DDA Blog here
- Greater opportunities to support customers with end-to-end business scenarios for SAP Cloud ERP
Who Should Participate?
This campaign is open to partners with solutions that extend or integrate with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, including:
- Native applications built on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) or the SAP Business AI platform
- Solutions integrated using SAP Integration Suite
- Industry-specific or Line of Business (LoB) extensions that complement SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
- Eligible cross-certification scenarios for existing certified partner solutions for SAP BTP, SAP Business AI or RISE with SAP
Program Timeline
Program Launch: September 2026
Program Duration: September – December 2026
Partners are encouraged to apply as early as possible, as complimentary certification opportunities are available only for a limited number of eligible partner solutions during the program period.
Eligibility, Pre-requisites, Boundary Conditions
Eligibility
- SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition certification scenarios only.
- New certifications only — re-certifications do not qualify for the free tier.
- Up to two free certifications per partner (two solutions).
- Have an active SAP Store listing, or commit to publishing one by registering the solution on the Solution Hub.
Pre-requisites
- Obtain a valid SAP Business Technology Platform account (where applicable to the scenario).
- Obtain a test, demo & development license (TDD) for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
Boundary conditions
- No SAP-provided training is included; partners are expected to follow ICC documentation.
- Application is possible only during the campaign window (Sep–Dec 2026, till availability of the spots); the certification shall be completed within 4–5 months.
Application Process
Please contact the SAP Integration and Certification Center (ICC) team via icc@sap.com mentioning your solution and that you are applying for the certification campaign for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. The ICC team will review your request, confirm eligibility and guide you through the certification process.
