Are you having trouble viewing or managing your support cases in SAP for Me? This SAP Blog post is for you!

Managing support cases shouldn’t feel like a maze. If you’re an SAP customer or partner, SAP for Me is your central hub — a one-stop portal where you can track, manage, and customize your support cases with ease.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to view or search for your support cases in SAP for Me.

  1.  Login to SAP for Me using your S-user ID and password.
  2. Under “Dashboards”, click on “Services & Support”.
  3. Click on the “Cases” tab, to view your case list.

With the newly designed Case List, you will see two views: Default view and Personal view.

Under Default view, you will see several case selection options:

  • Open Cases – created by someone in your organization and that, based on your authorizations, you have access to view
  • Closed Cases - were resolved and confirmed
  • Drafts - have not been sent to SAP yet
  • Favorites - case(s) marked as Favorite
  • Auto Confirm - case(s) that will auto confirm soon

You can sort and group the list, choose which type of cases shall be displayed, and narrow down the items to those most relevant to you by using a variety of filter criteria. This configuration can then be saved for future re-use, allowing you to switch between different views with ease.

You may refer to this article Customizing the Case List help topic or refer to the Knowledge Base article (KBA) 2931236 for guidance on managing and customizing your case list.

Additionally, using the central search box, you can filter or search for the specific case number as per the Knowledge Base article (KBA) 3363874 – How to search for a specific case number – SAP for Me.
