If you work with SAP Best Practices, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, or implementation content, chances are you have already used SAP Signavio Process Navigator to search for a scope item, explore a business process, or find implementation-related information.
However, Process Navigator has evolved significantly over the years. With the transition from SAP Best Practices Explorer and the adoption of the Reference Capability Model, Process Navigator now offers a more connected and business-oriented way to navigate SAP content. How to access Signavio Process Navigator
SAP Signavio Process Navigator is available through SAP for Me. You can access it directly from the SAP for Me launchpad and use it to explore SAP Best Practices and related process content.

What's on the Home page?
The Process Navigator home page provides several entry points to explore SAP process content. Instead of navigating only through scope items, you can now explore content from different perspectives, including business scenarios, business processes, solution scenarios, solution processes, roles, and capabilities.

When the user selects any of the four entities — Business Scenarios, Business Processes, Solution Scenarios, or Solution Processes — from the Home page, Process Navigator opens the Entity Type screen.
The Entity Type screen displays all four entity types, with the entity selected from the Home page highlighted. Users can switch between the four entity types directly from this screen.
Among the four entity types, Solution Processes are a commonly used entry point for SAP Best Practices users. Many users navigate here when they want to find a specific scope item and explore its associated process content.
When you search for a particular scope item, Process Navigator displays the matching scope item and its associated Solution Scenarios, as highlighted in the screenshot below.
What's in the Solution Processes?
In SAP Signavio Process Navigator, Solution Processes are the detailed, executable business-process flows that describe how a business process is performed step by step in an SAP solution.

When you open a Solution Process, you can typically find information such as:

- Used In — Shows the Solution Scenarios to which the scope item belongs.

- Description — Provides an overview of the scope item, highlighting key process flows and business benefits.
- Solution Component and Licensing — Lists the solution components required to use the Solution Process, along with relevant licensing information.
- Country/Region Relevance — Indicates the countries or regions where the Solution Process is relevant. The available accelerators may differ depending on the selected country or region.
- Solution Capabilities — Shows the business processes and capabilities implemented by the selected Solution Process.
- What's New — Outlines the latest changes, enhancements, and newly added content for the Solution Process.
