SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2 provides the Data Transition Tool (DTT) to support data migration from SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Version 1 to SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2. While DTT supports the migration of business objects such as Leads, the migration documentation identifies Lead Attachment migration as a gap. As a result, a separate approach is required to migrate Lead attachments from Version 1 to Version 2.
