Custom Services in SAP Sales Cloud Version 2  and SAP Service Cloud  (SSC V2) offer a cleaner solution: Standard UI, unique access control and no custom frontend to maintain. To achieve this, it's necessary to register an external service hosted on SAP Business AI Platform formerly called  SAP Business Technology Platform describe its structure in a metadata file for uploading it to SSC V2, and the system renders it as if it were a native object.
