New : https://cis-p.influence.sap.com/  –    for P-Users (SAP Concur, SAP Emarsys)

Just wait for the official announcement. It should be announced soon.

The SAP Customer Influence Portal is a platform designed for customers and partners to submit improvement requests and ideas for SAP solutions. It allows users to:

  • Submit Improvement Requests: Customers/Partners/Consultants can propose new features or enhancements for your SAP products.
  • Vote on Existing Requests: Users can support and vote for improvement requests submitted by others.
  • Help SAP Products to Prioritize Features: Voting helps SAP understand which features are most needed based on real-world requirements.

Key Features

  • Submit Your Idea: Use the portal to submit a new improvement request.
  • Collect Votes: Encourage others to support your idea. Once a request reaches 10+ votes, it will be reviewed.
  • Quarterly Review Cycle: Requests are reviewed during the next quarterly review cycle.

Access and Use

  • Access the Portal: Visit the Influence Portal at influence.sap.com.
  • Submit Requests: Register and accept the Terms of Use to start submitting improvement requests.
  • Engage with the Community: View existing requests, vote, and comment to engage with the SAP community.

What happens to our existing Product Features Requests that were created in old Customer Influence Portal ?

This generally means that existing customer influence content, including:

  • Improvement requests / feature requests
  • Votes
  • Comments
  • Status history

are intended to be carried over to the new platform rather than requiring customers to recreate them. As stated that the old portal was put into read-only mode while transitioning to the new experience and that services would resume in the new environment.

If you're specifically checking one of your own feature requests, I recommend:

  1. Log in to the new Continuous Influence site (cis.influence.sap.com).
  2. Search by the request title or ID.
  3. Check “My Requests” or your followed sessions.  ( will be available soon)
The Influence Portal is an important channel for customers/partners to help shape the future direction of SAP products and ensure that product enhancements align with business needs.
