As part of an SAP ME landscape upgrade, we upgraded SAP NetWeaver 7.5 from SP13 to SP35. Although the upgrade completed successfully, post-upgrade validation revealed that all JDBC Custom DataSources were in a Not Available (red) state.
This impacted critical ME functionality, including the CTC (Confirmations to Components) task, which relies on database connectivity.
