Hi All,

SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud (C4C) Pre-Release Briefing presentation  for the upcoming 2611 (Nov 2026) release is now available. We have some key innovations and enhancements to be shared as part of SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud 2611 release.

Platform & Integration:

Transition Tools:

  • Data Transfer Tool (DTT) | Onboarding Prices & Service Contracts objects data transfer from V1 to V2 – You will now be able to onboard Business Objects (Prices & Service Contracts) in DTT to facilitate the transition from V1 to V2.
  • Data Transfer Tool (DTT) | View “Attachment Count” in DTT by selecting an Object – You can now view information regarding “Attachment Count” at the Business Object level.
  • Readiness Check Tool (RCT) | Field-Level Transfer Ability and Usage Ratio per Business Object Extension Field – The “Extension Fields” tab of the RCT now shows field-level Transfer Ability and Usage Ratio.

Archiving:

  • Archiving | Mass Download of Archived Instances – Download large volumes of archived records as a background job.

Feeds | Integration with SAP Build Work Zone, advanced edition – As an Administrator, you have an option to use SAP Jam (until 31st December 2026 due to deprecation of SAP Jam collaboration) or SAP Build Work Zone, advanced edition for collaboration via Feeds. This was communicated earlier in the SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud 2511 Release Briefing. Kindly plan to move from SAP Jam and start using SAP Build Work Zone, advanced edition for collaboration via Feeds based on your requirements.

SAP Service Cloud:

  • Upgrade of TinyMCE to Version 7 from Version 4 – As TinyMCE Version 4 has been deprecated, the TinyMCE editor in C4C has been upgraded to Version 7. This upgrade is applicable for customers who are using TinyMCE email editor, portal and internal memo in C4C.
  • Product name change of Field Service Management (FSM) to Field Service and Asset Management (FSA) in UI, Integration Flows and Documentation – As the official product name of Field Service Management (FSM) changed to Field Service and Asset Management (FSA), the required product name changes are made in the C4C UI, Integration Flows (Title and Description) and in the C4C-FSA integration product documentation.

SAP Sales Cloud:

  • Database Security Upgrade (Android) – The SAP Sales and Service Cloud mobile app for Android now uses the latest supported versions of SQLCipher and SQLite. This upgrade strengthens on-device data encryption and keeps the app aligned with current security standards. Existing encrypted data, saved passwords, and offline functionality are fully preserved. No action is required from users or administrators.

Thanks,

SAP Sales Cloud & SAP Service Cloud Product Management Team
