The first of the more than 40 joule agents we have announced on the SAP Sapphire are now available for customers. Various functional areas, these agents support companies in solving clarification cases, maintaining close relationships with their customers, carrying out subsequent activities and doing numerous other tasks. In the past three months, in particular, we have further accelerated the provision of powerful innovations for customers by expanding joules and joules agents and integrating additional AI scenarios into our entire portfolio. These functions are based on AI Foundation on SAP Business Technology Platform And complement the more than 240 AI scenarios and 1,600 joule functions. By the end of the year, we would like to provide more than 400 AI scenarios that offer unprecedented business benefits for customers. - Joules Further transforms the way users interact with SAP solutions. With the now generally available SAP Joule for Consultants Can analyze ABAP code and use best practices to implement projects faster and reduce the post-processing and time. By gradually integrating joules in Microsoft 365 Copilot, users benefit from a uniform experience in SAP and Microsoft environments and can do tasks seamlessly. With the generally available analysis functions of joules, customers can be supported in terms of decisions if necessary by communicating with the assistant in natural language to create individual analyzes.
- Joule agents and AI agents: Among other things, in Supply Chain Management, agents can already take many tasks. They are able to plan and optimize service orders independently and, through the continuous analysis of real -time data, to submit suggestions to adapt the maintenance date, re -prioritize tasks and improve the system state. In the Human Capital Management area, the Performance and Goals Agent provider offers data -based insights that support you in preparing one -on -one discussions with employees. The shopping agent and the CX Agents Builder are now generally available in the SAP CX AI Toolkit. This enables companies to develop their own agents to support customized existence scenarios such as offering offers, questions and answers or service copyright.
- SAP Business AI for the supply chain helps customers minimize interruptions and simplify planning. In SAP Digital Manufacturing, error analyzes can now be carried out, while the general availability of joules ensures that users can immediately access important information through communication in natural language. With an add-in for Microsoft Excel and SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP), IBP formulas can be generated using natural language. - SAP Business AI for finance and expenditure management: At SAP Business AI for finance And the focus is on expenditure management.
