Product Experience Survey – Help Us Make SAP IBP Work Better for You

When the Product Experience Survey appears in your SAP IBP application, it’s your chance to share what you like, what’s working well and what isn’t.

We’re looking to understand where you struggle in your daily work—those tasks that take longer than they should or cause friction. We also want to know which features truly make your life easier and work well for you, plus how we can improve your overall experience with SAP IBP applications. Here is a link to a video showing you how to launch the PX Survey in SAP IBP.

How the PX Survey Works

The PX survey appears directly in your app or can be started manually when you have feedback to share. Your responses are linked to the specific application you’re using, so our development teams get targeted, actionable insights.

Where to Find It:

For the Fiori Launchpad you’ll find the survey in the upper right corner using the speech bubble with a smiley icon.

Alternatively you can also use the SAP IBP add-in for Microsoft Excel:

In the IBP Menu goto About -> give Feedback

What’s Included

The survey includes a Product Satisfaction score, Usefulness and Ease of Use ratings, and a comment field for additional details.

Getting the Most from Your Feedback

Do:

  • Respond when the survey appears—it only takes a moment
  • Focus your comments on the specific app mentioned

Don’t:

  • Include personal information in comments
  • Leave generic responses—specific feedback is more helpful

Your Input Makes a Difference

Your feedback helps us understand what’s working and what needs attention. When you take a moment to respond, you’re helping improve the daily experience for yourself and other users.

The next time you see the PX survey, consider sharing your thoughts—it’s one of the most direct ways to influence how SAP IBP evolves.
