With the 1H 2026 release, we have delivered a deeper integration between SAP SuccessFactors HCM and SmartRecruiters for SAP SuccessFactors as well as updates to Winston, SmartRecruiters’ suite of AI products, which are now available for SAP SuccessFactors customers.
Our integration with SmartRecruiters allows for more consistency and synergy across both products and allows our customers to take advantage of the latest recruiting AI in candidate conversion and team engagement.

SmartRecruiters & SAP SuccessFactors Integration
SmartRecruiters and SAP SuccessFactors now have a native integration with HCM sync and SSO login. That means a seamless, unified experience across both ecosystems with easy connection to Employee Central and Onboarding modules.

SmartRecruiters Winston for SAP SuccessFactors Launch
SmartRecruiters Winston for SAP SuccessFactors is now fully available for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting customers, bringing conversational AI capabilities into your current solution to elevate candidate engagement and experiences.
SmartRecruiters Winston for SAP SuccessFactors runs on your career site to help recruiting teams engage candidates at scale with generative AI, from job discovery and applications to screening and interview scheduling.
The entire candidate journey is delivered conversationally, so every action is as easy as sending a message to a friend. For example, a candidate looking for a job could simply ask Winston ‘do you have any sales jobs in Seattle?’ and receive an answer directly in the chat.
