The refreshed interface aligns bulk edits with established guidelines and pay ranges to help ensure compliance with organizational policies. Planners can improve accuracy by running comparisons to gain insights before applying changes. This enhancement streamlines compensation planning for administrators by enabling bulk adjustments to custom compensation fields while maintaining visibility into budget impacts.

We've enhanced the basis calculation equation functionality to support additional customization when setting up basis calculation equations for variable pay templates. Custom formulas now support complex bonus logic, enabling a specific legal entity to configure calculations without requiring multiple pay templates. This provides greater precision and a more efficient compensation planning experience.

Automatic Notifications
Additionally, it is now possible to set up email notifications for managers when personal reward statements are generated for their direct reports. The notifications are sent automatically, simplifying workflows and helping managers stay focused on strategic work.
