SAP GTS - Legal Changes Hot Info - May Edition

UK NTCS 6: Introduction of NCTS Phase 6 for transit shipments in the United Kingdom.
The communication with the United Kingdom's customs authorities (HMRC) for the transit procedure is to be switched to NCTS phase 6. The Regulatory Change Manager has now been updated with the delivery of SAP Note(3745794) in relation to the changes.

The legal change is mandatory for users of the NCTS system.
The proposed effective date is on June 1, 2026.
A trader test environment is expected to be available from April 2026.

DE EMCS 2.7 for administrative documents in Germany

Communication with the German customs authorities is to be switched from EMCS 2.5 to EMCS 2.7.
The Regulatory Change Manager has been updated with the solving SAP Note(3715370)
