If you regularly work in SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub, the Home page already gives you a starting point configured by your organization to surface what's most relevant for your team or function. But organizations are made up of individuals, and individual needs vary.  

Therefore, we’re introducing My Page in SAP Signavio. It’s part of what is referred to as the Customizable home experience for advanced users and gives you a view you can shape around how you work. My Page adds a personal layer, letting each user configure their own workspace to reflect their specific priorities, workflows, and areas of focus. 

How SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub supports different ways of working 

To support different ways of working, SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub now offers three distinct starting points: 

Home is the organization-wide entry point. It’s configured by admins per Audience and provides a consistent experience for everyone. This is where company priorities live like the Entry Diagram.  

My Process Overview (also known as role-based process overview) focuses on role-based relevant content. After a quick setup, it surfaces processes and activities based on your role(s) and what you’re responsible for. 

And now there will be MyPage…

MyPage: a practical view for your day-to-day work 

My Page is your personalizable starting point within SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub, giving you a space you can configure using widgets. It introduces flexible foundation we’ll continue to build upon with additional content and capabilities over time. 

This initial release will include: 

• Favorites so you can keep your most relevant processes close  

• Recents to quickly return to what you were working on  

• Quick links (new) to jump directly to important pages or resources  

MyPage is a foundation we will continue to build on. We are making it available in its first form so you can start benefiting from it early, while we incrementally expand its capabilities and the range of content it brings from across the Signavio suite.  

Why this setup works 

Each of the three views serves a different purpose and they’re designed to work together: 

• Home ensures consistency and governance across the organization  

• My Process Overview automatically show content tailored to your role(s) 

• MyPage gives you control over your personal working context
