With the growing adoption of large language models and conversational AI, it is increasingly important that these technologies effectively understand and support user needs within the UI Theme Designer. This customer engagement initiative explores how SAP Joule and other conversational AI tools can simplify theming workflows, improve usability, and deliver meaningful, context-aware guidance to users.
Together with participants, we aim to:
- Enhance User Experience
Enable faster, more intuitive theme creation through AI-driven guidance - Evaluate AI Effectiveness
Assess how well AI understands user intent and delivers accurate, relevant support - Improve Documentation Quality
Identify gaps and enhance clarity, completeness, and accessibility - Identify Future Opportunities
Discover high-impact AI use cases within theming workflows
Key activities will include user scenario testing, hands-on evaluation of SAP Joule and similar tools, user feedback collection, documentation review, and performance analysis. Findings will be translated into concrete, actionable improvements.
