As part of our continuous efforts to simplify our digital landscape and prioritize high-impact experiences, especially those supporting AI adoption, Signavio Process Explorer (SPX) will be retired on 30 June 2026.

Between May 1 and June 30th, 2026, SPX is accessible for reference purposes only — no new content can be added or updated. A banner is displayed within SPX to notify users of this change. On June 30, SPX will go fully offline. Redirect mechanisms will be in place ahead of the shutdown to ensure a smooth handoff.

Why the change?

Following comprehensive analysis and research on SPX, we have decided to transition the content available in SPX — including Enterprise Reference Architecture Content, Industry Content, and Solution Process Content — to the Signavio Process Navigator (SPN), due to the significantly richer dataset including localized content. Additionally, this transition enables us to focus our investments on strategic initiatives that accelerate AI and innovation adoption.

This move also allows us to sharpen our focus on the strategic initiatives that matter most right now: accelerating AI adoption and driving innovation across our product portfolio. Rather than maintaining parallel platforms, we are consolidating investments behind SPN as the single, future-ready home for SAP process content.

What's next?

SAP Signavio Process Navigator (SPN) is already available and ready to serve your process content needs.

You can access SPN here

SPN offers a more comprehensive and future-ready experience, with:

  • An extensive and continuously growing process content dataset
  • Localized content for global audiences
  • A foundation built for AI-driven process intelligence

Watch a short video explaining how to find content in the SAP Signavio Process Navigator.

What if I have content in SPX that I use?

All content currently available in the soon-to-be-retired SPX — including Enterprise Reference Architecture, Industry, and Solution Process content — will continue to be accessible in SPN. No knowledge is lost in the transition.

Redirect mechanisms will be in place, but updating references proactively ensures the best experience going forward

What do you need to do?

We encourage all teams, customers, and partners to transition to SPN today and make it your go-to resource for process content.

SPX has been more than a content repository — it has been a reference point for how organizations think about and align their business processes. The insights and learnings built into SPX don't disappear; they live on in SPN, enriched and expanded.

Thank you to everyone who has used, championed, and provided feedback on SPX over the years. We're excited about what SPN brings to the table and look forward to continuing this journey together.
