Learning with Intelligent Q&A

Learning with Intelligent Q&A allows users to utilize Joule to summarize content and link back to source material – providing employees quick answers and guided next steps without losing context. This new innovation enables your teams with greater efficiency in discovering the right answers to questions, a reduced need to navigate through an entire course to find the right reference, and improved individual and organizational learning outcomes; all of which greatly improve the employee experience.

Learning Compliance Agent

The new Learning compliance agent uses AI to help support users to get their training completed on time, and assists managers with follow-up, reducing the administrative burden so employees and managers can focus on more strategic tasks. With AI-assisted nudges, users will stay compliant with guidance at every step as Joule will proactively monitor users’ compliance status, always ready to help them get back on track.
