- Pending Workflow Agent – Surfaces workflow status and keeps tasks on track by nudging approvers or rerouting to avoid bottlenecks. It is designed to help cut time-to-resolution by up to 40%.
- Employee Data Integration Agent – Detects data inconsistencies across core HR and payroll, proposes fixes, and applies approved changes to keep records accurate.
- Payroll Alert Resolution Agent – Analyzes alerts, pinpoints likely root causes, and recommends prioritized fixes. It also enables natural‑language creation of validation rules.

Web users can now view cards in the “Needs Attention” section as a full page as well as expand all custom cards into a single view, making it easier to scan, filter, and interact with many cards at once. Additionally, custom background images are now supported in the greeting section, allowing customers to adjust the look and feel to their preference.

Core HR workflow notification enhancements
Enhanced workflow notifications are now available, supporting faster, better decisions. Customers can use field mapping to define variables for these notifications to include pending (to-be-approved) data, providing approvers with the key context they need directly in email.

Organizations can now define labor needs by work center and shift, specifying headcount, required skills, and utilization. This provides a clear, consolidated view of planned resources while allowing planners to easily adjust and customize requirements.

Users can now use Joule to surface immediate answers to questions about content in SAP SuccessFactors Learning. New intelligent content
Customers can now access new intelligent content for People Intelligence in SAP Business Data Cloud, helping support more informed people and business decisions. With pay transparency insights, organizations can strengthen compliance and support fair pay practices by analyzing compensation and identifying pay gaps. This capability provides the visibility needed to help meet the EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements. We are also introducing intelligent content for onboarding insights, time management insights, benefits insights, rewards and recognition insights, and compensation planning insights.

Extend applications with ease
Work tech innovations
We are enhancing the SAP SuccessFactors app for Microsoft Teams to make it easier for employees to complete HR tasks directly within the flow of work. In this release, we are introducing calendar sync notifications for absence changes, helping ensure schedules stay up to date when an absence is updated or cancelled. Additionally, the Clock My Time quick action now supports geofencing so that employees can use Microsoft Teams on a supported mobile device to record time when physically present in an approved location. Finally, the Microsoft Teams app now supports onboarding notifications and HR ticket creation and tracking.

A new embedded extensibility wizard from SAP Business Technology Platform brings a guided, in-app experience to create custom extensions in SAP SuccessFactors HCM—whether adding a new data field, designing a UI card, or orchestrating a business process.
