Based on your valued feedback, we have introduced new functionality and enhancements to the partner accessible dashboards in SAP for Me.
Customer Success Dashboard
Projects – Customer Implementation Survey report
Partners can now access survey results completed by customers after they complete the survey, post project implementation.
This enhancement provides partners with direct visibility into customer feedback, helping them:
- Understand customer satisfaction and areas for improvement.
- Track implementation success metrics.
- Identify opportunities for follow-up or continuous improvement.
Sales & Marketing Dashboard
Reselling Business Suite via SAP Store
In the Deal Execution tab, partners can easily resell Business Suite via the SAP Store in the Open Deals card. First, select “My Deals” from the filter option to identify the relevant opportunity, then click on Manage Deal and then Create Cart option. This will allow partners to configure their shopping card in the SAP Store, generate a quote for the customer and place the order.

Partnership Dashboard
Competencies & Specializations: Enhanced view and transparency for partners and competency achievements
We’ve introduced an improved experience that gives partners greater visibility into their competency progress and achievements. With this enhancement, partners can view detailed progress toward each competency requirement.
This increased transparency empowers partners to better manage their competency requirements, plan next steps proactively, and accelerate their path toward higher competency levels.
GSSP Download letter
To support partner autonomy, GSSP partners can now automatically generate a letter as proof of partnership letter via SAP for Me, to leverage in customer tendering processes.
Finance & Legal Dashboard
Digital Terminations
The scope of digital terminations has been extended to enable customers to trigger terminations for Cloud Choice Flex (CCFLEX) contracts via SAP for Me. Partners can trigger terminations for OEM and Test, Demo and Development contracts. Please note, only standard termination is possible.
