We are excited to announce the release of new features in the Customer Success dashboard in SAP for Me.
Projects Tab:
Global Project View for Partner Groups
Partners who are part if a Partner Grouping Agreement (PGA) can have visibility on all projects across the partner group in the Customer Cloud Projects card. This supports partners who are involved in multi-county implementations to have full transparency on the project delivery across countries. Partner group-level visibility provides partners with a comprehensive view of all projects across their affiliated entities, reducing fragmentation and improving oversight.
To access this view, select the “Global View”
Clean Core Quality Gate Status
Partners can now have visibility to the status of customer’s Clean Core Quality Gate status for S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition projects via the Customer Cloud Projects card. Clean Core Quality Gates are checkpoints at the end of Prepare (QG1), Explore (QG2), Realize (QG3) and the beginning of Run (QG5), designed to ensure that project’s clean core principles and project tasks adhere to best practices and quality standards. The complete status indicates the Q-gate is completed in Cloud ALM, clean core report is generated via CQC service and delivered to customer in their Cloud ALM instance. All QGs need to be completed for new implementation; QG5 is required for Lift & Shift.Refer to this guide (link) to learn more about Clean Core Projects.
Project Manager Maintenance
Project managers are crucial for successful customer projects. We’ve added a feature in SAP for Me to let partner search and assign a user as project manager when they register a new project. This information allows closer alignment between the Partners and SAP teams. The Project Manager contact is also visible on the Customer Cloud Projects Card.
Renewals Tab:
New Renewal Forecast card
We have introduced a new Renewal Forecast card to support partners with their renewals and churn management. In this new card, partners have visibility to renewal opportunities with renewal date within the current quarter and the next four quarters. Partners can switch views to identify renewal opportunities with missing forecast and renewal opportunities with less than 50% probability. Partners can also easily navigate to the Deal Manager from the card to update the opportunities.
