Accessing PODs 2.0

PODs created using the brand-new POD 2.0 framework can be accessed via:

  • Launch PODs app
  • Bookmark URLs
  • Desktop Shortcuts

For Launch PODs app, 1st assign PODs 2.0 to Users in Manage PODs 2.0:

Then, use Launch PODs app to launch them:

For Bookmark URLs, just bookmark the POD 2.0 URL, and launch it from the bookmark:

For example, in Google Chrome:

For Desktop Shortcuts:

  1. On your computer, open Google Chrome.
  2. Go to the POD 2.0 you want to create a shortcut for.
  3. At the top right, select More and then Cast, save, and share and then Create shortcut.
  4. From the dialog that appears:
  5. Name: Select the default name for the shortcut or rename it.
  6. Select Create.

A Desktop shortcut is created from where you can launch it.

Or simply ‘Run’ (click the ‘Play’ button) directly from Manage PODs 2.0 app.
