• In S/4HANA 1809, Support Package 0–2, apply SAP Note 2736673 to enable the Accrual Object fields in these transactions.

Steps to Configure Accrual Object Field Visibility 

1. In the selection screen of transactions FAGLL03H or FBL3H, click the Settings icon (Ctrl + F4). 
2. In the next screen, switch to Edit Mode, then click on Configure Fields. 
3. In the popup, set the checkboxes in both columns for the fields starting with ACR* and click Save. 

Obsolete Reports in the S/4HANA Accrual Engine 

Old Accrual Engine Reports (No Longer Available) 

• ACACPSDOCITEMS – Display Line Items 

• ACACPSITEMS – Display Totals Values 

• ACACDSITEMS – Display Accrual Objects 

Reason for Obsolescence: 

• These reports relied on the prima nota table ACEPSOIT, which was redundant to the G/L line items. 

• In the new S/4HANA Accrual Engine, posted line items are stored only in the General Ledger (ACDOCA). 

Replacement Reports (Released in OP 2022) 

• Accrual Postings – with Simulation 

• Accrual Postings – Simulated / Posted 

Notes: 

• These reports cover most of the functionality of the old ACACDSITEMS and ACACPSITEMS transactions. 

• Additional reporting capabilities are provided beyond the old reports. 

• Prerequisite: Before running the reports, either: 

• Execute transaction ACESIMULATIONRUN, or 

• Run a Simulate Accrual Postings job in the Schedule Accruals Jobs Fiori app. 

Report: Accrual Postings – With Simulation 

• The report displays the total accrual amount, posted accrual amount, and remaining accrual amount. 

• It presents postings as follows: 

• For already posted accruals, the report uses the actual postings. 

• For accruals not yet posted, it uses the simulated postings.

Report: Extensibility 

• The reports Accrual Postings – With Simulation and Accrual Postings – Simulated / Posted are generic reports for all reporting-enabled components in Accruals Management, so no component-specific fields are displayed by default. 

• To include Manual Accruals-specific information from table ACAC_OBJECTS in these reports: 

• The generic query views C_AccrEngnRptgSmlteFutrPostgQ and C_AccrEngnRptgSimlnActlCostQry need to be extended with table ACAC_OBJECTS. 

• Once extended, the relevant fields can be exposed in the reports. 

• Important: SAP Note 3320193 must be applied before the CDS views can be extended.
