The intercompany dual order process (scope ID 7GC) in SAP S/4HANA Service Management enables a commercial company to fulfill a fixed-price service engagement through a dedicated execution company in a different organizational unit or company code. With SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition 2025 Feature Package 2, two meaningful enhancements have been delivered for this process: the automatic derivation of the execution status on the customer-facing service order from the intercompany order (aka ICO order), and the ability to configure and control the receiving service organization when the intercompany order is created.
