Our second episode of Unlocking AI for HR just dropped, and this one's all about the future of recruiting!

A big thank you to everyone who submitted questions within our SAP SuccessFactors AI User Group! Your questions helped shape the conversation and gave us the opportunity to dig into the topics that matter most to you.

In this episode, we're joined by SAP expert Babatunde Ojo to discuss AI-powered recruiting, Winston, Joule, and what the transition to SmartRecruiters means for SAP SuccessFactors customers.

Whether you're preparing for the transition or simply curious about what's ahead, we hope this episode gives you valuable insights to help you navigate your AI journey.

We couldn't get to every question during the podcast, so we've answered additional customer questions in a follow-up blog!

Read the Q&A blog here (S-User ID required): https://community.sap.com/t5/product-and-customer-updates/your-smartrecruiters-questions-answered-more-from-unlocking-ai-for-hr/ba-p/14501880#M21977

And keep the questions coming! We'd love to hear what topics you'd like us to explore in future episodes.
