At Sapphire 2026, SAP introduced several new AI innovations that make the user experience much more natural and intuitive. Now, we have moved these concepts into generally available products that you can see in various sessions and interact with during hands-on workshops. Joule Work allows people to interact with SAP on their own terms, and the system generates the UX based on user intent. This post identifies some key sessions that highlight UX innovations.
