The innovations help companies to achieve the desired results faster and offer first -class employee experiences. In the portfolio SAP SUCCESSFACTORS HCM is embedded in every product. In addition, the SAP AI assistant Joule, who understands over ten languages, is available on mobile devices. Customers already achieve incredible results.
On the SAP Sapphire we have our first HR agent, the Performance and Goals Agentpresented. It offers executives important insights into data and helps you to have more productive conversations with your employees. To give you an idea of it, let’s assume that you lead a team with several employees. The performance agent can point out to Joule that there will soon be a conversation for assessing performance with one of her employees, but there is still no feedback from team members to this colleague. The agent can obtain feedback from your employees in your name, summarize this feedback and prepare you for the conversation.
Further agents will be added soon. They will work together to determine and carry out cross -functional processes.
No more uncertainty in decisions – thanks to a huge data pool
Due to geopolitical instability, personnel planning becomes increasingly difficult and unpredictable. Be it because of tariffs, regulations or changed business priorities: HR managers must be able to quickly access data and analyzes in order to give strategic recommendations.
