In our development work around SAP Business AI, our customers are always the focus. With the innovations and partnerships that we have announced on the SAP Sapphire, and other releases in the second quarter of 2025 we further underpinned this customer orientation.
The first of the more than 40 joule agents we have announced on the SAP Sapphire are now available for customers. Various functional areas, these agents support companies in solving clarification cases, maintaining close relationships with their customers, carrying out subsequent activities and doing numerous other tasks. AI FoundationThe AI operating system for all SAP Business AI solutions, allows all tools for the development, expansion and execution of customer-specific AI solutions and agents on a large scale on a central platform and thus simplifies the development in the field of AI.

AI-based error treatment for electronic evidence in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance

Tax managers who are faced with the increasing complexity of electronic accounting can benefit from the use of joules in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance. The solution translates complex errors into electronic evidence into easy -to -understand natural language, so that users do not have to be familiar with the technical expressions. In this way you can quickly identify the underlying problems and fix it efficiently, which minimizes impairments and potential punishments.
This provides demonstrably business advantages, such as reducing the time to analyze error details and determination by up to 80 %. This results in significantly higher efficiency and better compliance.*

Product extensions for the use of joules in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Joule now offers even better support in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. This allows important business processes to be made more efficient and better controlled. Users can not only proactively display business data for jobs and resources, but also proactively monitor the handling of customer orders. By identifying potential problems and providing suggestions for solving problems, users can ensure that orders are fulfilled on time.
In addition, Joule offers the option of creating system data directly in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. Companies need less time for extensive training and can improve accuracy and data government.
Joule can also support pricing cups in better control of leaking prices by proposing new adapted prices. As a result, the time and cost of determining expiring prices and determining new prices can be reduced by up to 90 %.*

Product extensions for the use of joules in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition

New functions for various business areas are provided for the use of joules in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition. In the field of field logistics, users can now access quantities for non-bearing positions directly. In addition, access to comprehensive cash management functions is now possible via Joule, for example for monitoring account statements and for carrying out transfers. In convergent invoicing, users can now manage important processes and, among other things, assign clarification cases or set and abolish pressure blocks for invoicing receipts.
With joules, shipping clerk can also call up details on deliveries and display detailed information such as the picking status or recipient of goods for deliveries and customer orders without having to search and open the associated applications. For example, Joule can display all deliveries with goods that have not yet been fully picked or all customer orders to be delivered. This enables faster problem solving and better tracking for order processing.
And that’s not all. With the help of Joule, sales employees can now efficiently extract important contract details, pursue historical changes, analyze important key figures and remedy them. This enables a detailed analysis and a quick conclusion of sales negotiations, which in turn improves the possibilities for contract extensions and uppers. Joule also simplifies contract requests and thus increases customer satisfaction. Sales employees can assume that you can reduce your time for the compression of data on subscription contracts by up to 80 %.*

Agent for accounting
Beta-release
Debitor accountants are now supported in the processing of data on overdue claims. The agent for accounting can search for overdue outdoor stands in various applications and carry out corresponding subsequent activities on the basis of the profiles and payment history of customers.
Customers can assume that they can use this joule agent to reduce the outdoor service of up to 1 %, the exposure of unrestricted claims by up to 2 % and the effort for the analysis and coordination of open debt posts by up to 75 %.*

Meeting Location Planner Agent

With the meeting location Planner Agent, meeting planners can plan external events easier and faster. The agent proposes places in which the participants have as short arrival times as possible, submits recommendations for the event location based on the seat of a company and proposes suitable hotels. It also offers a comprehensive overview of the total costs for an external meeting and provides templates for emails with deep links, through which participants can book their trip. This enables planning within the budget requirements.
The automated data collection and coordination ensures simpler planning and higher productivity. The agent enables well -founded decisions on the expenditure control and at the same time the implementation of the goals for events. With seamless communication and clear booking instructions, participants benefit from a better experience.
As a result, the costs for planned meetings can be reduced by up to 10 % and the time required for the planning of external events by 15 % by improving the exchange of information with all participants.*

Agent for checking expenses accounts
Release as part of the SAP Early Adopter Care program
Expenses managers can optimize the billing process with the agent for checking expenses statements. The agent characterizes problems proact and leads users through the individual steps for correcting billing errors in order to minimize delays by rejected or rejected bills. He improves user -friendliness by supporting users in completing and submitting expenses accounts and reducing the number of errors. He also calls on users to enter the required information and thus ensures that billing contains all the necessary details.
This can reduce the time required for the creation and submission of expenses bills by 30 %, while 24 % more expense reports can be approved without corrections. Overall, users benefit from a better experience.*
